CUTFLUID A cutting fluid miscible in water, designed for use in most types of general cutting and grinding operations on high and low alloy steel, cast iron and aluminium.Properties: In cutting work on metals the cutting fluid is used to cool, lubricate and protect against rust. When cooling is your first choice, you should use emulsions or solutions with water.The cutting fluid is a bio-stable, emulsifiable cutting fluid based on highly-refined mineral oil with wear diminishing and film enhancing additives. The cutting fluid has a good capacity for separating leakage oil. Its high bio-stability gives a long life and therefore lower destruction costs.Advantages.The cutting fluid gives a stable, lubricating emulsion with good corrosion protection and good capacity for separating leakage oil.Handling adviceRecommended concentration 4–8%. Oil must always be added to water and not vice versa.Store the product indoors at a temperature between 5 °C and 30 °C.Read the safety data sheet before use.
